Overview

To meet the growing demands of skilled and professional waiters/waitresses TOPA Nepal offers both short-term and advanced courses to people that want to learn the art of food and beverage service.
Objectives
- Upon the completion of this course, the trainees will
- Have necessary knowledge, skills, norms, values, systems and practices required for a waiter and waitress
- Be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Learn codes of conducts and practices of proper etiquette
- Learn how to take and serve the order
- Have managerial and administrative knowledge related to waiter/waitress
- Use POS System
- Side work rotation
- Learn items stock and inventory management
- Restaurant layout
