Overview

Objectives

  • Upon the completion of this course, the trainees will
  • Have necessary knowledge, skills, norms, values, systems and practices required for a waiter and waitress
  • Be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Learn codes of conducts and practices of proper etiquette
  • Learn how to take and serve the order
  • Have managerial and administrative knowledge related to waiter/waitress
