Housekeeping
With an increasing awareness of people on immaculateness and artfulness of residential, commercial and official rooms, houses and structures, the scope of housekeeping is rapidly growing. By grasping the fleeting opportunity, we have designed this training course to provide prospective housekeepers preliminary and essential knowledge and skills related to professional housekeeping. The course attempts to address almost all aspects such as professional service delivery, customer care and satisfaction, employee’s personal development etc. through both hard and soft skills.
Objectives
- Upon the completion of this course, the trainees will
- Have necessary knowledge and skills required for house-keeping
- Be able to carry out laundry service.
- Be able to take care of house-keeping store maintenance, compound or property premises maintenance.
- Have sufficient knowledge and skills required in room, toilet, bathroom, passage cleaning
- Have adequate skill on artful and attractive bedroom making
- Be able to manage dirt and garbage
- Have required Knowledge and skill on effective handling of equipment, chemicals, accessories and tools required for housekeeping
- Be aware of safety of goods and people around or exposed to work environment
