Barista Training
Overview
This basic course is designed to develop knowledge and skills to prepare the tasks of coffee making. On completion of barista course, the learner will be able to carry out coffee making with competency in using the knowledge and skills to prepare and serve a variety of coffee types.
Upon the completion of this course, the trainees will
- Have general knowledge and skills of coffee making
- Be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Be able to set up and handle coffee machine and other accessories very efficiently
- Be able to make different types of coffee such as Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso, Macchiato, Mochaccino, Affogato etc
- Be able to prepare coffee understanding the desire and taste of customers.
- Learn things required in barista etiquette and customer service.
- Learn to produce and present the coffee with different shades of amazing arts.
